Because each seller's situation is unique, I have built flexibility into my pre-listing services. To begin, I walk through the property and help to evaluate its challenges and strengths. For an additional charge I can compile a detailed overview of our assessment, as well as a strategy to get the work done. From there, the seller can move forward in a number of ways. Some clients have a "sweat equity" approach to selling their home and prefer to tackle our "to do" list on their own. Others, who feel too busy packing and house-hunting, would rather I get the work done for them. And lastly, once the property is ready to be listed, I meticulously prepare each room for the photographer's arrival, ensuring the best pictures possible.
